  1. Shipping Charges
    • $11.00 flat rate for Australia wide delivery for parcels up to 22kg.
    • Should your order exceed 22kg total weight the $11.00 rate is not applicable. You will be contacted by the Cooking Company and advised of your individual rate.
  2. International Delivery

    • Asia Pacific AUD52.00
    • USA/Canada/Middle East AUD65.00
    • Rest of World AUD83.00
    • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient of ordered product is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
    • For product shipped internationally manufacturer warranty may not be valid, service options may not be available, manuals/instructions/safety manuals may not be in destination country language, products may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications or labeling requirements.
  3. Shipping Method
    • Shipping is by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
  4. Shipping Timeframe
    • Please allow 3 – 10 days for delivery in Australia. Express Post can be organized upon request and will incur further charges.
  5. Order Tracking
    • Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.
