The Cooking Company will accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in original packaging and must be in an unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable and products are to be returned to store at the customers own cost and risk.
The Cooking Company will replace any products that arrive at their destination damaged or faulty. These faults or damages must be notified to The Cooking Company within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for. Please contact The Cooking Company to arrange return authorisation via telephone or email.
These claims are handled directly by the Australian supplier of the product. However The Cooking Company are happy to assist clients with these claims.
