Emile Henry's new Flame Top technology is an innovation in ceramics, with the development of a new glazed clay, exceptionally resistant to heat.
Can be used directly on the flame, on electric hobs or on halogen (not induction).
Provides all the benefits of cooking in a ceramic dish - slow, even cooking which brings out the flavour.
It is covered with an extremely hard glaze, which resists against the use of any sharp instrument.
The dish and lid are easily cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
Dish can be used in the oven.
